Raleigh Market – Game of Homes Special Promo

Level’s Game of Homes Special Promo is underway. This special promo began last month on October 1^st for homebuyers in our new homes for sale in Raleigh NC communities and will continue through Sunday, December 21, 2017. Our promo is a great incentive for Game of Thrones fans to win a trip to the hit show’s most notable filming locations.

So how does it work? All you have to do is buy and close on any of the listed homes in the communities of 5401 North, The Meadows at Brightleaf, and Traditions at Wake Forest between now and December 31^st to be entered into a drawing to win a trip to one of three locations where Game of Thrones was filmed. The drawing will take place in January and the winner gets to choose between:

Option One – five days, four nights stay at Maldron Hotel City Center inBelfast Northern Ireland at Maldron Hotel City Center, a Game of Thrones tour

Option Two – five days, four nights stay at Hotel Hesperia Seville City Center in Seville Spain and a tour of the city

Option Three – five days, four nights stay at Hotel Lapad in Dubrovnik Croatia and a Game of Thrones tour.

Airfare for two is also included. Local brokers are eligible to enter this promotion too. Only one trip will be awarded. This trip cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be adhered to a commission, cannot be applied to upgrades, and must be taken in 2018. Please note, only homes listed on the website with the red “special offer” banner are eligible for the promotion.
