Once you have selected a community and home plan, you should confirm your decision and meet with the Level Homes New Homes Sales Counselor to execute an Offer to Purchase. This will require your bringing an earnest money check and selecting a homesite and a home plan.
Earnest Money: Money given by a buyer to a seller as part of the purchase price to bind a transaction or assure payment.
Elevation: The face of the home, including the materials such as brick or stone.
Floorplan: An architectural drawing that shows the overall layout of the home.
Homesite: Communities are divided into homesites or lots.
Phase: A group of homesites in a community. Most homebuilders sell all of the lots within the current phase before moving on to the next.
Lot Premium: A charge paid by the buyer of a special lot that is either larger or in a more desirable location.
Option: Any item in a home that is not standard. This item will add to the base price of your home.
Standard Feature: A specific item that is automatically included when you purchase a new home.
Upgrade: You may choose to upgrade to a higher level of materials, such as granite and hardwood flooring, at an additional cost.
